The Special Economic Zone (KSE) in Kożuchów supports entrepreneurs and provides preferential conditions for industrial, technical and logistics companies. A-2 motorway between Świecko – Poznań – Łódź – Warsaw is located at a distance of 70 km from Kożuchów. The A2 is part of the European route E30 which brings you from Ireland to Moscow.

You can take advantage of the passenger and cargo airports in Babimost (near Zielona Góra), Wrocław, Poznań and Berlin.

27 hectares for investors

The Special Economic Zone (SEZ) in Kożuchów covers vacant lots for industrial development, with a total area of 27 ha. SEZ is part of the Kostrzyn-Słubice Special Economic Zone, one of the biggest Special Economic Zones in Poland, offering maximum legally approved tax relief.

The Special Economic Zone offers:

• The water supply network without volume restrictions provides water to the Special Economic Zone.
• 230 kV and 400 kV high-voltage transmission lines go through the investment areas. The distance to the industrial park is less than 260 m. Additional energy supply can also be provided by a transformer station with a capacity of 160 kVA. Currently, we have a connection power of 6 MW.
• A gas connection with a calorific value of 36 MJ/ m³ is located in the vicinity of the investment area (approximately 250 metres away). The diameter of the pipes is 225 mm.
• The area is connected to the municipal sewage treatment plant through pipes with a diameter of 500 mm.
